Hi - morning.
Weight this morning following my day of liquid food was 13.10lbs (total weight loss so far 2lbs)
I am currently doing the Chopra Centre 21 day meditation challenge - further to my blog yesterday - apparently stress can really affect your weight - as adrenelin which fills our bodies with the fear or flight feelings - our bodies hold onto fat as protection.
So to counter this the idea is to attempt to remain balanced and calm - how do we achieve this in our stressful modern world where we attempt to be super human?
Meditation is something I have been wanting to do for a very long time - and the Chopra Centre has given me that ability - thank you! for more go to the following link to experience peace - for at least 10 minutes in your hectic day. Sending you love and light - Jules xx
